Located in Livadia  a municipality of Larnaka that is built in the north of the city at an altitude of about fifteen metres. It is  also a town that has recently developed a lot. In the northeast, it borders Oroklini, Kellia to the north, the Municipality of Aradippou to the west and to the southeast it is bordered by the sea. The road network linking the Municipality with the rest of Cyprus can be described as excellent, since Livadia is very close to the major motorways Rizoelia - Paralimni and Nicosia - Larnaka.
