This project  embodies a blend of refined aesthetics and functionality that extends in every aspect of its design. The elegant lines of the exterior areas and the well-structured layout of the interior areas have been meticulously planned to create an alluring living space that is visually appealing and functional, ensuring the residents’ comfort in their own space.

It integrates bioclimatic architectural principles to attain Class A Energy Performance, adhering to the country’s regulatory guidelines. It incorporates quality materials to provide high standards, durability, cost- efficiency, and sustainability.

It comprises eight apartments, including five 1-bedroom and three 2-bedroom apartments, spread across three floors. Every detail of the interior areas has been carefully thought out to ensure efficiency and seamless circulation of natural light and air throughout all spaces, resulting in an environment that fosters comfort and coziness.
