Only the penthouse will have fully installed top brand A/C units with VRV system included. For the other flats A.C provisions only.

Only the penthouses will be laid with pipes for floor heating. The pipes will lead up to the roof and be connected to the heat pump. For the other flats, we will have provisions in all rooms for electrical radiators.

A solar panel to provide hot water & reservoir tank for each flat. Also, there will be provision for a water softener.
