This studio was built in 1985. It is situated very close (around100-120 meters) to Dasoudi Beach, the best public sandy beach in Limassol.

The building needs some renovation but the apartment’s condition is very good.

The inside area is 32 square meters and the spaces are comfortable because of the rectangular shape (not too many corners).

It is situated on the 2nd floor of a 5-story building and it faces east.

There is an elevator in the building.

Like every studio, everything is in the same room. There is one full bathroom, also of a good size. There are no balconies and therefore all the 32 square meters are usable space.

The place is furnished (as in the photos) and there are most electrical appliances (but no air-conditioning units).

The parking area has been in use by the same owner all these years as an agreement between the owners, but it is not mentioned on the Title.

The common expenses are between 15 – 20 euros each month.

This studio is IDEAL for long term rental but also for short term rentals. It is extremely popular for both purposes.

It is situated in an area which really has everything. Some of the most popular supermarkets in Limassol, restaurants, cafeterias, pizzerias, pharmacies, clinics, vets, schools, beach restaurants, beach bars, water sports and a lot more.
