Peter qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1980 and has been involved in property ever since. With experience in both the UK and Cyprus property markets, Peter has been involved in property management, property Valuation, structural surveys, and residential sales and lettings for over 40 years, the latter 20+ years being resident in Cyprus.

The agency was started in 2001 in response to a need to provide honest advice and good value property opportunities to foreigners wishing to buy here.
